Easing into Fall
Elevated Edit
Fall just does it for me! Mornings are slower, sweaters make sense again, and I’ve been craving a little reset. Here are a few things that have been on my mind with the season change:
Morning Rituals
Lately, my mornings start with a matcha (depending on the day) sprinkled with cardamom and a little maple. I’ve also been reading The Web That Has No Weaver, a recommendation from my acupuncturist, and it’s been setting the tone for my days in the best way. It’s all about balance, energy, and conscious choices which is something I’ve been trying to weave into my everyday — no pun intended.
Wellness Bits
I’ve been using the Cecily Braden lymphatic brush most mornings and I’m obsessed. I wake up puffy no matter what I eat the day before and it’s one of those small but mighty tools that instantly makes me feel less inflamed and lifted. You can also achieve this with an ice face bath which I like to do for at least 2 mins (breaths in-between). I’ve been following with the Earl of East All Over Oil (another acupuncturist rec), which smells like Palo Santo, Cedarwood and Juniper and it just makes me so happy. In the evenings, I’ve been doing legs up the wall with this linen lavender eye pillow. Truly heavenly before drifting off.
Cozy Staples
My current fall uniform? A wrap sweater or my Jenni Kayne cashmere v-neck paired with the Splits59 stirrup leggings or a denim skirt. If you haven’t invested in a Lauren Manoogian cardi yet you’re missing out but this and this are also great options. I know… this combo isn’t innovative but its elevated and butter soft. To top it off, I’ll throw on a pair of tortoise sunnies for a stroll like these The Row dupes. The kind of outfit that works for errands, pilates, and everything in between.

At Home
I’ve been updating a few small things around the house; just thoughtful swaps that make our space feel fresh without a major reno. Recently installed is this vintage-looking shower curtain from Etsy that completely changed the mood in our bathroom. I picked up some Japanese cotton-linen hand towels from Cedar & Hyde while I was in Boulder and a few of these washed paper storage baskets, inspired by my friend Natalie, who has them tucked everywhere for all the things that never seem to have a home.

Keeping this one cozy and concise — You can always find some other favorites over on my shopmy! x

I have been on the serious hunt for a wrap sweater like that. Thank you!!
